Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Napierville marked Chof Beis Shvat with a special Farbrengen led by Rabbi Dovid Cohen from Montreal. In honor of the Yahrtzeit of the Rebbetzin, the bochurim were inspired by words of Chassidus and hiskashrus, reflecting on the Rebbe’s declaration that a new Tkufah
